The Xpress MD300 Micro Dialyzer can process large quantities of samples for purification of protein, RNA and DNA samples. The MD300 is delivered ready-to-use in a 96 deep well plate with 12 cartridges each holding 8 samples. The high membrane surface area permits samples to be dialyzed quickly with excellent recovery. The SBS compatible design allows easy programming for automated liquid handling systems.

The optional XDB Xpress Dialysis Box can replace the deep well plate for high sample purification in half the time with a large, shared buffer volume. With no buffer exchange, 96% removal is reached with the XDB Box compared to only 78% with well plates. The XDB Refill Kits allow simple replacement of all the dialyzer cartridges with the same design benefits as the standard MD300.
