All returns within 30 days of the purchase date can be returned for a refund or exchange with the exception of the Vivacon® product line. Due to the sensitivity of contamination within the Vivacon® product line, we cannot accept any returns on any Vivacon® products. All products must be returned unopened in its original box. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All freight charges will be paid by the customer unless we sent the wrong item. We will refund shipping costs only if it is our error (wrong item shipped) otherwise the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
A return authorization number must accompany all returns. No return will be accepted without one. To obtain an authorization number please call customer service at 800-456-4633.
