Vivaspin 500 centrifugal devices allow rapid concentration of protein and nanoparticle samples up to 500 µl in volume. They can be used in micro-centrifuges with fixed angle rotors accepting 2.2 ml centrifuge tubes. The patented vertical membrane design minimizes filter fouling while the PES membranes allow faster spin times. The built in dead stop pocket provides maximum concentrate recovery.
